I have linked their BBB report so you may view it and/or file your complaint. They have resolved the majority of their complaints and have had mixed reviews from both buyers and sellers.

eBay is an online marketplace and essentially provides the forum for consumers as well as buyers to buy or sell their products. It's important to know and understand the terms and conditions of using their services just as many other online services to avoid any misunderstands should something go wrong.

HA! Ebay is the worst. My account got hacked I was never notified accept when a seller actually got in touch with me. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor they transferred me and they proceeded to tell me it was my fault, I asked to transferred to her manager, AGAIN they told me it was my fault for a different reason then the first time. I requested to be transferred again they ALL were in a meeting. I called later and All again just happened to JUST go to lunch. What HORRIBLE business ethics. I WILL BE FILING LEGAL ACTIONS.
