Marvin,
Generally a B rating is a good rating but it would depend on the full company report. What company with a B rating are you referring to?

Patent Assistance Worldwide in Miami, Fl.

Marvin,
I reviewed their BBB report and it appears they have had a couple complaints but were resolved. Like I said previously, a B rating generally implies reputability but whether you elect to work with this company or any other, I would suggest you speak with a patent attorney first.
The patent industry is full of marketing companies making big promises yet fall short in fulfilling them.
