Ashley furniture is a great place to shop if you never have a problem with their furniture. The sales people are very nice and are willing to offer assistance at a moments notice. The problem comes when you have an issue with an item. We ordered an end table for the den and when it was delivered we realized it was not the one we ordered. We told the delivery guy it was the wrong one and did not want it. He said you will have to take it up with customer service. When we did we were told it was the one that was ordered and there was nothing they could do. It was not until we talked to a manager and three hours later that they gave us the one we wanted and refunded the difference for the piece in question. Bottom line do not have an issue with the furniture!
