DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH 2FIXYOURTRAFFICTICKET! GET A REAL ATTORNEY! will mail a boilerplate "defense" to the court and you will lose. And THEIR "100% GUARANTEE" IS A SCAM ALSO. That icon on their website's first page is simply information on guarantee scams. Which they are a part of. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM AFTER THEY LOSE YOUR CASE. Call a real attorney, for less money, and at least have a chance to win. I used SAN DIEGO TICKET KING at 619 649 2424 and they got my case dismissed completely for $150. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH 2FIXYOURTRAFFICTICKET! GET A REAL ATTORNEY!

We take any allegation about our company’s reputation very seriously. As a result, we look at each and every allegation to address any issue if warranted to improve our service to our clients. In this particular case, we investigated list of our past clients going back several months to try to identify “Mr. Charles M.” and look into his case to see what could have caused the client to be so dissatisfied with our service. Out of all of our clients we were able to identify only one client with the name Charles M. who reported to us that his case was not dismissed by the trial by written declaration. However, we are not sure that this testimonial was posted by that client that we were able to identify mainly due to the fact that our client (Mr. Charles M.) sent us an e-mail on March 9, 2012, after he had received the statement that we had prepared for him. In that e-mail the client wrote: “ Great. Thanks again. What a compelling argument ( I hope :))you've written on my behalf. Damn, stupid and dangerous red light cameras. Thanks again. “ Obviously this e-mail indicates that the client was satisfied by the statement that was prepared for him. Then, after this particular client received the guilty verdict he sent us an e-mail on June 25, 2012. In that e-mail the client wrote: “ Apparently the court didn't see things our way the first time around. I'll be filing an appeal for a jury trial if possible. Perhaps the Supreme Court is interested. haha Do you have any advice/suggestions on preceeding further? Do you refund your fee? Thanks for trying. Why is traffic school over $500? I only went once 15 years ago and it was $99 and they served pizza. Thanks, Charles M.” We replied to the client that we do not have a money back guarantee policy and we reminded the client that our user agreement clearly states that we do not have a money back guarantee and that the client had agreed to the terms of the agreement. Then, on July 8, 2012, the client sent the following threatening e-mail to us to try to extort a refund: “Wow, that's why I used you. Refund policy. What a ripoff you are. This will be on the internet posted. Warning to all. This will cost you much more than the $189 you owe me unless you refund me my $189. Believe me. Last chance. Be fair or lose much more. I could have sworn you had a refund policy. That's why I used you. No one reads that stuff and you know it. Refund me or lose more customers. Thanks, Charles M” At this time we are in the process of completing our investigation into this case and we have turned over this case to our corporate council for possible legal action for making false frivolous accusations against our company and seek all appropriate damages.
