Horrible, Horrible service. I called these guys last week and they quoted me a price of $250 for the leak detection. Then they came out for 1/2 and hr and cut a hole in my ceiling and said that it might be one thing or another but could not give me a definitive answer. He then told me that it was $365 which included a trip charge. Then said that I had to wait a few days to see if the leak drys up. When I called them back he said if he had to come back then it be free but if he had to open anything more up that it would cost more money. I called the main office again and they quoted me a new price of $285 and that they would give me a definitive answer with that price. When they found out that I was already a customer the whole story changed. The worker that cam to my house told the main office that he was at my place for a few hours, which is a complete lie and that is why the price was $365. I DO NOT TRUST THEM. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO CALL ROTO ROOTER INSTEAD
