I have dealt with A & D since October of 2010 regarding my RCA television that broke 3 months after purchasing it. I called them the same day the unit began malfunctioning and it took them over 2.5 months to even send a tech out to look at my TV. Afterwards it took multiple phone calls for them to send a box for my unit. The promised to send a box out on Dec 22 and as of Jan 11 the box hadn't been sent. I had to call for them to send it. I received the box on Jan 15 with instruction to pack my TV. I followed the instructions thoroughly even placing some of my own items to secure it protection. FedEx picked up the TV on Jan 17 and A & D received it on the 19th. On Jan 21st Victor called me to state that the TV was package incorrectly, despite my attention to detail and following the instructions thoroughly. He stated that they would not be honoring my warranty and that the TV had been damaged during shipping. They were very defensive throughout the 3+ months I had been in contact with them. And after all this time they will not be fixing my television. Victor, the manager, even suggested I seek legal action as a way of contesting my claim. Which goes to show how on guard they are with their customers. This company is a disgrace to costumer service and have representatives who demonstrate the careless attitude of a company. I would never recommend service to this company and shame on any conglomerate company for outsourcing their business to them. I will never purchase another RCA TV and I will always discourage anyone from purchasing RCA or dealing with A&D.
