There are several reasons why I selected Arvixe as my newest host
1) The ability to pay monthly
2) The ability to turn auto renew off
3) FFMPEG
That being said if you Google the company you find nothing but raving reviews, I only dealt with their support twice via their live chat, but my issue was solved in a matter of minutes both times.
Some hosting providers insist in having your credit card on file and renew automatically, and if the amount are not honored they start a collection. Arvixe is not like that, if you do not pay your account will simply be closed and that is all there is to it, no collections or harassment, I really appreciate that.
