This company was given credit card number to use for a $100 deposit, as per their contract. Instead they took full amount for party on the card. Their contract states that $100 deposit was due and balance would be due the day before the event. They took full amount more than 90 days before event. I contacted them several times over a 60 day period and was told one story after another about why the credit had not been put back on our credit card. Each time they apologized and said it would get taken care of immediately. The person the party was for was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given a few months to live so the party had to be cancelled. I contacted Aces again telling them to cancel and about the credit still not being given to us. After a week they credited part of the amount they had taken, but kept $200. Every time I contacted them I was told that the $200 was a deposit they were retaining because of the party being cancelled. I pointed out to them that their contract states that the deposit is $100 and they could not decide on their own to not go by their contract and double the amount of the deposit. They are refusing to credit the remaining $100. Very poorly managed company and would strongly suggest not ever using their services.
