I have done business with RPM Tranmissions and Rick for almost a year now. Within that time he has rebuilt my tranmission, checked my brakes and done a couple of other minor repairs. His work and service is exemplary and beyond reproach. He is truly an honest mechanic and stands by his word. Being a female I totally trust his recommendations and work and there are not very many mechanics I can say that about. I recommend him to everyone I know and I cannot understand why he does not have your highest rating.
As far as I'm concerned RPM is a 10! What a mistake on your part.
