Recently, I called upon Rick Rocha owner of RPM Transmission Service to have my Ford ranger 5 speed transmission repaired. I had spoken with Mr. Rocha about 6 months prior about a price for service when my truck was in for body work at a neighboring body shop. Rick quoted me a price to complete the repair in October 2007. When I actually got my finances together in March 2008, I went back to Rick and I was amazed he still remembered our conversation and the quote.
Being encouraged and made to feel totally at ease, Rick completed the repair in three working days, and without my asking, Rick secured a "loaner vehicle" to me at below normal rental fee so my work as a route service person wouldn't be interrupted.
I have every confidence in the work and received a guarantee for the service. I would heartily recommend his service to anyone especially those I love. His relaxed friendly attitude is rare in these times of instant gratification and he deserves better than an average rating given by this organization.
