Their ad says they give fast response, but in my case with them it was very slow. They also say in their ad they service all makes of a/c units, but in my case they just kept complaining that my unit uses hard to find parts . I called on a Thursday at about 3pm that I was having a problem with my house a/c system. They asked if it was an emergency and I said no so they said they would call back then next morning about a time to come and check my a/c unit. They called on Friday about 9:30am and informed me they would be at my house between 3 and 5pm. Frank showed up at just before 5pm. He looked at the a/c unit and said the circulating fan motor was bad and must be replaced. My unit is a Lennox unit with its’ original motor and they are not common any more so he would have to order one. He said he would have one on Monday and call and tell me when he will install it. On Monday morning I received a call about 8:30 am saying they would be out shortly to replace the motor. Two new technicians arrived, not Frank, at about 10:30am and worked for about 30 minutes and said they needed a different mount for the motor. They said they would go back to the shop and get one and call me when they will be back. At 3pm after not hearing from them I called the office and they said they ordered the mount and would call the next morning about putting it in. That seems to be the same excuse that I already heard before. I asked for Frank to call me. He did in about 30 minutes and said they had just gotten the part and would send the two technicians out when they finish the job they went on after leaving my house. As of right now it has been 96 hours since I first called for service of my a/c unit. I would not call this fast service or response. I am still waiting to get my a/c fixed. I need to get my fan unit back from them before I can go to another company or I will need to buy a completely new fan unit They said they service all makes including Lennox and Trane (the compressor unit I have is a Trane) so I thought I would not have these problems. All I ever heard from them is excuses about Lennox being old and using parts they don’t have. My Lennox heating and air distribution system was made and installed in 1978 and is all original parts. For them to say that they don’t have the parts is really saying they are not a Lennox service company. The only way I have gotten service this quickly (96 hours) is to complain……If I had not complained I doubt if my a/c unit would have been fixed in a weeks’ time.
Even if they fix my a/c unit correctly I would not recommend them to anyone else.
Their ad is wrong. They are not fast to respond or to service or repair. They should not have an A+ rating from Better Business Bureau for giving such poor service.
