The repair person arrived much later than the appointment time, and he didn't apologize for it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately had his partner begin working on it before he gave me an estimate. My washer had a minor problem that was repaired quickly. I'm glad the repair person already had the replacement part in his truck.
