Never ever use this company. Budget hired them to take care of my move from Oklahoma to California July 2012. My move with them has been a continual nightmare. First they did not show up when they planned. My belongs that did arrive, furniture was broken, smashed, scratched, dismantled, furniture had been taken apart, table top missing, curio glass smashed, boxes broken, boxes missing, boxes that seal had been broken with items missing. They have refused to talk with me, they do not care, unprofessional and rude. Will not take responsibility for their neglect. They were contracted by budget, who also has not been able to resolve issue, they told me Allstate Relocation is a licensed carrier, I am not disputing they have a license, it is obvious it's a license to rip off the public and steal their belongings. They are disgusting. Hope everyone finds this review useful and will entrust their possessions elsewhere.
