We would like to response to Ms. Amber's groundless review about our professional practice with a direct review from a patient, Shayla P.

"I am very happy and satisfied with my eye glasses since I am very picky. They are very friendly and professional. They give a great deal on my designer eye glasses and nice, comfort eye exam. Also they have great collection on designer eye wears. Great place to visit."
Basically, Amber changed her mind after selecting her own trendy retro style frame (that she had called 1950s old style) and wanted us to remake an entire new pair of frames & lenses at no cost. Despite her unreasonable expectations, we offered to replace her frame at no cost simply because "she didn't like the style", but she would have to be responsible for the lenses. She, however, refused and told us that she had done this before at Sears Optical and another optometry office where she always get a 2nd pair of eyeglasses free. Needless to say after our refusal, Amber was very angry and left our office threatening to sue us. However, before all this happened, she had fraudulently bill her insurance using our provider's information without our authorization or knowledge. Her insurance called our office numerous times to verify and finally approved payments for her frame & lenses. Therefore, based on these facts and evidence gathered we will seek legal action against Ms. Amber very soon. Finally, no formal complaints from Ms. Amber was ever filed with the BBB of Southland - only this groundless review.
