We recently financed a new vehicle through Altura Credit Union. With the help and assistance of their Auto Expert, Melissa Gonzalez, we were able to purchase the vehicle of our choice without hassle or concern. Melissa was courteous, knowledge, personable, and a pleasure to work and converse with. She made the process simple, comfortable, and pressure-free. She answered our questions in a simple and straitforward manner, as well as, offer us advice as to what our best course of action would be regarding financing.
