I am sorry I did business with this company. I responded to a coupon offer for 10% off, but had trouble with it resulting in a considerable upsale to qualify. Then I had an awful time getting them to process my order after I paid with paypal. I should have quit then. Once the order and payment was straightened out most of my order was shipped, but they were out of stock on some items. I was informed that the items would not be shipped and that a refund for the unshipped items was issued. This never happened.
Customer support is non-existent. I emailed several times for help - ignored. I left several voice mails - ignored. I also sent a letter to them it was ignored as well, I guess. I spoke to Cindy by calling the sales line (don't bother with the customer support line) - she said that she saw there was a refund, but couldn't see any details. Twice she promised to get back to me right away - never did.
So after many weeks of trying to get my money back, I have come to the conclusion that sometimes you just get ripped off. At least I did receive some of the items. I am really upset that they can just keep my money without any effort to resolve my problem.
