Is this company legit

I was very interested in this company. I enjoyed an hour conversations with Jerry, and I was looking for more information. I sent a list of questions, pertaining to average sales numbers, industry trends, etc. My response was that they didn't like the questions, and recommended that I continue my search else where. This sounds very strange to me. Wouldn't any investor be curious? I am not sure if they are only looking for people that blindly give them their money. Did anyone else get this type of response?
