This is a dishonest company. They misrepresented themselves and gave us a quote of $475. When they arrived on July 24, they told us they would not move our furniture until they wrapped it all. By the time they finished loading the truck, our bill was $1100. They refused to take our credit card and forced us to pay in cash. They even left some of our items behind. The receipt they gave us did not have any company name on it, and they refused to give us a copy of the contract. They said they would mail it to us. As of September 16, we still have not gotten a copy of the contract. On top of that, I discovered that they stole my diamond wedding band and my grandfather's heirloom wedding band. The manager tried to say I must of misplaced it. That simply did not happen. My husband has made multiple attempts to contact them to get a resolution, all to no avail. They have been unwilling to do anything. This company, and all the other names they use, should be put out of business, so they don't take advantage of other people.
