I have used this company for years, even back when they were known as Postcard Press. They do a great job if you have a very basic project like a traditional business card or post card and can make a straight order through their Internet site. They are the cheapest I can find for the quality - and the quality is indeed great. But if your project requires special services like various versions, mail fulfillment or freight shipping and if you have a very tight deadline with no wiggle room - forget it. You'll be babysitting the project the whole way through. And don't count on them delivering on time. If your deadline is crucial, pay a little more and go to a traditional press that offers the full service customer care, so you can rest easy that you won't fail your client due to NDF's failures. I have yet to have a 'special' project go through this press without problems. P.S. Also, If you're an agency & don't want your 3rd party vendors like NDFs calling your clients directly, then definitely don't use this press...highly unorganized project management on their end.
