I called Brian Shields Plumbing last year to get a second estimate to replace my sewer line to the street - I had a major problem with tree roots. Brian himself came out to evaluate my situation. I found Brian to be very polite and responsive. His estimate turned out to be much less than the price quoted by one of the "big" plumbing companies, so I had his company do the work. Of course, it started to rain when his men were about 75% through, but they continued to work as long as they could, and even came back the next day (on Sunday) to finish. They did a great job - I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again - I feel like I finally found an honest plumber!
