The worst of experiences with Brian and his WWII memorabilia sites. Brian gives much attention to these sites but little time for those who trust him to complete sales transactions or follow-up with customers who pay him.
I paid Brian for a WWII patch. He quickly cashed the check but never sent the patch. I never received it . Brian went unresponsive to ALL email, regular mail and phone inquiries about the matter and how to resolve the situation. To this day I am out the money. The website has no way to post comments positive or otherwise and no way to rates Brian's business performance. Buyer beware.
