I just ordered a new garage door from the excellent representative today who came to my house. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was no sales pitch with an "expect" to buy at the end. I had already done my research before hand so was anticipating I would sign a contract with them which I did. I should have my door by mid-September and once its installed I will update this post to let everyone know how that went. But so far, from the initial phone call to the home visit and sign up process, I have been impressed by their professionalism and their extremely competitive prices. Like I said, I did research before hand and found out their prices are not higher than the chain home improvement stores and in fact, less in many cases. I can't wait to get my new door and opener as I have the orignal 35 year old ones that are falling apart and obviously not hurricane rated.
