I contacted they attorney at this firm when my home was sold while in the middle of a modification. The day I called a letter from the attorney was sent to the mortagte company the same day. The attorney went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I don't think a D rating is fair. This company always gets confused with "The Mortgage Modifiyers", this is a different company, I have not been ask to pay anything but the court filling fees...
