I had my loan modification done and paid them $2,900 everything was ok for the first three months, but after that my file was transferred to different people. Nobody was giving me updates, they keep changing their phone number, if I call them voice mail is always full, you can not talk to anybody, if you leave a message nobody will call you back. Another three months and suddenly they told me they are dropping my case because they could not reach me. It was impossible not to reach me when previous employees were calling me thru my cellphone & emailed me. I think they just look for a way to drop you off after I got my foreclosure notice and they could not do anything about it. Now I am on my own with my foreclosure coming next month.I filed a complaint but they did not reply and ignored me. BEWARE OF CALLAW GROUP.
