On September 27, 2010, I received a dress that I purchased online from this company. I paid $120 for the dress and when it arrived, it was clear that the dress was not worth $25, nevermind $120. It was made of poor material, lightweight and not suitable for the occasion I purchased it for. I contacted customer service immediately and they instructed me to send back the dress.
I sent it via FedEx and they received it 2 days later. It is now November 10th and despite several emails, I still have not received my refund. I was told it would take 3 billing cycles and then I was told my refund had been processed which it has not. No one will answer my email asking for proof of this refund. Their customer service is as horrible as their merchandise. They are clearly a scam. Buyer BEWARE!!
