I had been shopping at other places for a bike and they all were over priced and unwilling to work with you. I was referred to Chaparral by a friend who bought his bike there. I went to the website and saw a deal that seemed way too good to be true and, because of my previous experience, I was very skeptical. I sent a request for a quote and received an email reply very quickly from Dana. The quote that he gave me was exactly what I saw on the website and the email said it that price was out the door. I verified this in a reply back (still really skeptical). The next day I went in and took a look at the bike. It was in NEW condition and was a GREAT deal. Needless to say 4 hours after I walked in I was loading up my new bike. I had a great experience here and got a great deal. Thank you Dana and Chaparral.
