Won't Honor your warranty always a Fight
2012 Ford Raptor new passenger mirror trim is defective and discolored and under factory warranty. After pix taken and sent into Ford for approval they approved the black plastic painted portion that is not even damaged but cost $200.00. After I informed
them that's the wrong part to replace they resubmitted the pix for the faulty trim plastic portion of the mirror and this time would not cover it under warranty because it cost to much $1200.00 per Johnny Gonzalez service adviser. Unreal on a new $60,000.00
Raptor under factory warranty. It's always a fight with theses guys and numerous complaints being made to BBB, consumer complaints, Ford customer service, lemon law consumer law groups. Drive to Colley or Citrus Ford and avoid the hassle of a dealership that
does not appreciate its customers or warranty or new vehicles . I just started a whole new fight that normally last 3-4 months to resolve the legal warranty issues.
