First of all, I got a call, they said they would cover my allergist and the expences @ 70% of the bill, . I agreed and paid them 135.00. Then I dont get anything in the mail, they leave me hanging. The day of my appointment I had to call to give my docs the info. Then I get a call from my allergist, he said I need to look into the insurance benifits, accourding to them, I bought vison and dental!!! WHAT??? Why would I need that? That is nice to have but not my concern. I finaly get a "CARD" in the mail. You know what it was? A brochure for dental, viosion, identity theft, and life insurance???!!After a screaming match, they cancled my account and said they'd refund me my 119.00. Also, no refund, and I owe 410.00 to my doctors!!! They deserve NO stars.
