This company will come up if you do a mapquest of an area they cover. This will bring up their phone number which you can call. Unfortunately, IF you call the number instead of going to the site it's really bad for you. This is a horrific company to do business with. If you go to the wbe page it gives you misleading info about what and how much you will be charged. It also, hidden at the bottom of the page, states they do not give ANY refunds once a reservation is made, PERIOD. If you don't go to the page, they will NOT tell you this on the phone. RUDE people, bad attitude, NO service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! There are tons of companies you can do transportation business with, do not waste time with this one.

Company has two different web sites. The http://miamiairportride.com/index.html site does NOT list "CHARGES ARE PLUS 20% GRATUITY AND SERVICE FEES, TOLLS AND PARKING" that is on the "main" site. Staff does NOT mention ANY of this information on the phone. Staff is very rude and simply repeats the "No refunds" statement listed on their web site even when informed that the additional fees were never quoted, are not listed on both sites, or mentioned during purchase process. They refused any communication with upper management to try and resolve concerns. Their business model appears to be based on their "no refunds" policy, misleading websites, and abusive attitude. We called in to terminate our reservation within minutes of making it because the faxed order confirmation showed additional charges we were not quoted or informed of.

After company refused our refund request we HAD to use them or be out all of the $$. So, when we got there... they weren't there! They had decided to honor the cancelation request without a refund! Obvioulsy this could have been a perfect storm of bad service, but we had a last communication from them stating that they WOULD be there. So, they did send out a driver and this may be the best/worst part... The driver wasn't good, he was GREAT. The vehicle was spotless clean, smelled clean not perfumed up, he was professional and business like. Why is the "business" portion of this company so terrible, rude, and playing games when they have great drivers like this!? What's the point? Why waste a great driver by making the purchase experience so rude and drama filled?
