We are a car carrier company that hauled serveral cars for Countrywide Auto through a loading board called Central Dispatch. We always get the run around when we call to check on our payment status..."accounting is out to lunch, or accounting is backed up try calling back in 20 minutes." The so called accounting manager Al is a liar, and you never get anywhere when you speak to him! We have about 2,600.00 in unpaid invoices and although our factoring company has filed on their bond it is highly unlikely that we will get anything. It is so frustration because we are a small business and big losses like this really hit us hard.
Whatever you do steer clear of this company!!!!!!!
