I'm new to the area and this was my first occasion to need appliance repair - a failed double oven. I checked Google's ratings and chose DG Tech based on the ratings. It was my first contact with DG Tech. I was pleased. They were courteous (check!), they came on time (check!), they quickly diagnosed the problem (check!), and the price was fair (check!)!
Parts had to be ordered and that took a while for them to get - that's why 4 stars.
Excellence in appliance repair may be a dying profession, but these guys breath new life. I highly recommend them for all types of appliances.
