Very dissatisfied!!! I went to Daniels on 2/13/11 to have them repair my ring with all new prongs. Three weeks later my diamond falls out luckily I found it. I returned to the store with my ring and the associate confronts the jeweler about all prongs being fixed which I paid $297.00 for and the jeweler replies "No I didn't not repair them all just the big one" which holds my antique 1 carat diamond. This is not good customer service I was lied to. Never again will I shop at Daniels or refer my friends or family to the store!
