I totally agree with the others indicating their disappointment with DRS. We were told to stop talking to our creditors, stop making payments to them. We set up an automatic bank draft for DRS's month's payment which I was told that we could have everything debt free in 5 yrs. After 18 months they stopped taking payments out of our account. When I called, I was told that the service fee has been paid in full and that I needed to save my money get pay off my debts. Just a few months later we were forced into filing bankruptcy. Not only did they get more than $4,000 from us, they caused us to owe almost double of what we originally owed to our creditors with late fees, over limit fees, etc. It is no wonder their rating has dropped from an A when we signed up to a D- (which I totally think is too high still). I have requested a refund numerous times and so far I have not heard anything from them. I think it is a shame for them to steal money from people who are really trying to avoid bankruptcy and then force them to do so anyway because of the mess they caused for not holding up their end of their promises from the beginning.
