Is this company still in business? I cannot get them to answer my calls or my e-mails. We hired them for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah in March of this year. We did receive the services we were expecting that evening...the photographer showed up, etc. But there has been no follow-up and no receipt of the items we had been promised including a photo album, CD, poster, etc, all of which were confirmed to me in an e-mail for an additional $545. Shortly after the event I was told these items were on their way but now no one is answering my e-mails or my phone calls and all I can get is an answering machine. I find this unacceptable. At this point, we either want what has been promised or we want a refund for $545. Can you help?
