I placed an order with Digital Room's alter ego Uprinting.com on Thursday morning early. On Thursday evening after looking at the first proof I canceled the job. I have called every day since (it is Tuesday now) asking for the payment to be canceled, each day I have spoken to different Customer Service people and none of them appear to care about anything. I have dealt with the accounting dept. this morning I was told by a manager that she could not help me and at 9:45am that no one is in accounting yet. I transfered all funds out of my bank account to stop payment, I received an email this morning from Paypal stating that they will resubmit for payment in 3 days. They are not canceling this order or this payment. Everyone that I have spoken to has no care for my problems.
