This company has many hidden charges and memberships. Be careful they might offer a good price but its because they sneak charges and membership fees in. They MIGHT tell you about one membership that you are signing up for and can cancel immediately with SmartSavingsCenter. But they also sign you up for their own membership that charges you multiple times in a month's period. It is easy to cancel them but don't hold your breath for a refund. The customer service is friendly but you don't get anywhere talking to them, which I should never had to of find that out in the first place. They won't tell you if a book is on back order until you purchase it and the memberships. It looks like it will be over a month until I get what I ordered, hopefully, because I still haven't received it, I'm just going on what they told me. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon. Long story short, I don't recommend buying from this company unless they are the only place that carries what you are looking for. I will not shop here again.
