I ordered books in November and without any mention in any of our emails of a club and it being $9.95 we began getting these charges monthly for 7 months. When we called to get our money back we finally had to ask for the supervisor and absolutely insist that we talk to who ever is on duty. Finally the girl came back and said that we will get our money back. What a credit card scam! They should be prosecuted. I can't imagine how many people let this go so Discount Book Sales, LLC are probably making millions on this scam. It should be investigated. I would give no stars!
