Don't be fooled by the salesman's friendliness, they are crooks! They are extremely shady and overpriced. Had to find out the hard way. Hired them for a home repair recently after seeing their advertisement on a local magazine with 35% discount (which we never received) and BBB logo. Can't express the disappointment and the feeling of being totally mislead. Poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and incompetent labor workers. This company has no integrity whatsoever!!! Every single staff member spoken to were a bunch of deceivers. Nothing was resolved, just got the run around or ignored calls with no follow-up. I don't know how they are still in business with all these complaints!!!!! You would think that they would have their license revoked or something! Maybe if more of us filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board, they might not get away with ripping someone else off! PROTECT YOURSELF AND INVESTIGATE BEFORE HIRING A SHADY CONTRACTOR!!!!
