I was contacted by phone by this company saying they could reduce my mortgage. The catch was to pay them $2700.00. You should not have to pay someone to get a loan modifcation or mortage reduction. I do believe that this is a scam. If you go to the web site FinancialStability.gov it wil give you information on what to do to work with your lender and what you need to qualify for a home modification. Trust your gut feeling on this company. It will never stear you wrong.
