DONT USE THIS COMPANY, of course the 100 is not refundable. What they don't tell you in, either the initial conversation, nor the e-mail sent regarding your "subscritpion" is that they will get your initial paperwork and within 5 minutes (hardly enough to review and research the difficulty of any case) you will get your first bill. In our case 1250.00. Combined with the other reviews I wish I had looked up this business first.
