Fidelity Financial Group, Secured Audit Group, Compliance Audit Group, Consumer Advocates Group Experts LLC or whatever other name they use, they have the same owner, Bryan Mitchell and Michael price. History has shown that these audits are as worthless as a three dollar bill anyway. The idea is that once homeowner is armed with the audit, the lender will fold like a house of cards and give them some kind of fantastic loan terms. It doesn't happen, which is why there are laws making these charges illegal. Call you lender again and give a modification another shot. Policies change frequently and if they weren't responsive the last time, they may now take an entirely different view. By the way, one complainant to the BBB on this company paid them to render a modification service and hasn't gotten their money back. The company ignores the request. Don't put any stock in that guarantee. They will steal your money!
