As of now I am very concerned about the order I placed with them. After 3 attempts to contact them via email, no one has responded to my requests. They market a service that they claim to be experts at, and people that use them are probably like me, completely unfamiliar with the DBA process, so I would expect them to address the customers needs/questions more. How hard is it to reply to an email?
