We purchased a 2003 BMW X3 in October...overall our experience was good. Initially they asked us to submit credit application to determine what we wouldqualify for. Then we sat down with the finance manager who talked to us about our options. He then printed out a list of the cars we could purchase from the lot based on the approval. My wife picked out a really nice X3 which frankly was an even nicer car than we thought we would be able to buy. She drove the car home the same day, and while our daughters thought the whole process took "too long," both my wife and I were pleased. Pablo was a gentleman. Alfredo was more than gracious, and even the lot guys were very accomodating to us. The next day the sunroof stopped working! And we dreaded how the dealership would handle this. Much to our surprise, they offered us the option of returning the car, switching out for another one, repairing it or giving us $1000 credit! Wow! We decided to the the credit, and repair it ourselves. Not only because of this, but especially how they handled our problem, we are more than satisfied with this dealership, and recommend them highly.
