I purchased a 2002 Jeep Laredo and had to make a uturn back into the dealership because it started to act up. I have made several trips to the dealership to allow them to fix the problem, but to no avail. I have been told I am not allowed to speak to the owner by Alfredo Landron. The salesman Patrick Tom has made several promises to have the truck fixed, and the other manager Chase Saddle just sits back and says what he going to do and don't do anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are all full of crap. The funny part is pay a mechanic to look under a hood and he can't fix anything. He doesn't no anything. One thing for sure when I walked in with the money everyone was rushing up to me to take me to the young lady that receives the down payments; but now when I pull up everyone runs like crazy especially Patrick. Here it is March 30,2010 and I am still having problems with this company. Everyone there is full of it. My engine is bad and the truck breaks down on every turn. Noone wants to return my phone calls at all. They do what they do because noone has tried to stop them. I have no filed a complaint with the Florida Atty. General office.
