WOW REALLY!!?AGENTS ARE JUST LIARS. BILL COLLECTORS ARE RUDE & DNT TRUST W/ BANK ACCOUNTS!!
Like others, they gave me a really nice low $89.00-$98.00 monthly quote, to insure my Lexus (full coverage), and my truck (liability). I explained that to start any policy with any insurance company one must understand that I had $150.00 in cash to do
so; for I was shopping around. They assured me that they would take care of me and to just come in and speak to an agent. To me this was an awesome quote as far as insuring both my vehicles, especially with the full coverage on my jewell. So, I made the 15-20
minute trip to the office where i met a nice looking insurance agent who seemed on point. He was a bit of a fast talker however, im from San Diego so for me its no biggie, and I brush it off. As im signing papers we came to the agreement that my monthly payments
would be slightly over $120.00 - obviously more than I was expecting, but I needed insurance. Then more papers to sign and he then proceeds to tell me of a premium of some amount that was really high. But said I could pay in payments. Then he asks what credit
card do I want to put on file for payment. Thats when I remind him that I am paying in cash and he says they still need one on file. So, I give him my BOA debit card. He then tells me that they need some $350.00. I remind him that all I had was the $150 in
cash. He takes it and comes back with more papers to have me sign saying some balance thats really high. But assures me they will give me payment options, I TAKE IT THIS IS THE PREMIUM IDK. HE TELLS ME Not to worry. As we are finishing up he asks do I have
the vehicle that is being fully covered with me, and I did. So he comes outside and takes pictures of my ride. Later that week I get a call from a weird number with (714) or something like that. And its their billing department telling me that $359.00 debit
to my BOA checking account was declined (which I could of told them would of happened but the agent insisted on just having one on file - but I explained my payments would be in cash!) So now they are asking for a payment of like $250.00 to keep from cancelling
my policy. WTF!! And I tell them that I do not have that kind of money at that time, but I thought that someone would contact me to set up a monthly payment to pay off this (down payment I guess - NOT PREMIUM). Keep in mind that I also have to pay a monthly
bill of about $120.00. But this bill collector doesn't care, he evens say a few rude comments like "Why dont you people just pay your bills?". Wow - REALLY? I ask to speak to the agent who started my policy and the bill collector tells me that they are not
in the same office. But becomes fustraighted with me for wanting to verify what I thought the agreement was in the first place and conference calls the agent. I was relieved, but that feeling was quickly gone when the agent started speaking like a robot reciting
a TelePrompter (obviously reading word for word the policy, or papers, I had been signing in that office. So I asked him to recall the part where he assured me that I had payment options for that large amount, but he only recited that he had nothing to do
with that its not his department and the amount they need is what they telling me at that time: $250. The bill collector disconnects from the agent and asks me how am I gonna make the payment. I tell him that I only have $65.00 on me in cash. He tells me he'll
take it but, i need to wire over phone because they have to get it that same day or else its cancelled policy. I tell him id prefer them using my pre-paid debit card sense my BOA bank card was declined (but really i was just PISSED that they had even tried
to charge it in the first place because that wasn't the agreement). So he takes the new card info, and I quickly run into 7-11 to load it. Next week he calls back again. But im broke, so I don't answer. The next day I receive several automated call from another
weird number saying my policy and roadside assistance was cancelled with some weird company id never heard of. So much for that. 8 months later this Buena park office debits $71.00 from my pre-paid card wtf!? I NEVER SET UP AUTHORIZED RECURRING PAYMENTS OF
$71! NEVER GOT A BILL WITH BALANCED OWED! DIDNT EVEN HAVE POLICY 30 DAYS! And 8 months later?? THOUGHT I WOULDNT NOTICE?! I had a few hundred on my card so why $71? Because their crooked and a scam and do whatever they want - STAY AWAY AND DON'T TRUST WITH
YOUR BANKS. THESE PPL ARE JUST NO GOOD I WISH I COULD GET A JOB WITH THEM AND CON THEM OUT OF THEIR OWN MONEY! OH BOY I WISH!
