The first time was when someone broke through my car’s passenger side window to rifle through the glove compartment.The representatives were pleasant and professional. They got their job done quickly and efficiently and our car was ready for use again in a few hours. Plus they have a lifetime guarantee on parts and workmanship, so I’m covered although I doubt there will be any defects.
