I had by far the worst experience ever! I will never by or recommend there products! They have the WORST customer service. Never called me back or responded to emails.

My flat iron ceramic broke. Since there is a life time warranty I FedEx it to the address provided. Included mind you were 40.00 for a “replacement fee”. I inserted my new address to where the iron needed to be shipped to. 1 month passes and I havent received anything. I call for another good 2-3 weeks until someone helped me locate the iron. Turn out it was left on the front step of my old house. The representative tells me there is nothing he can do. He then has the nerve to ask me if I can go pick it up. My old home is 45 minutes away. I advised the rep that was impossible it was their mistake so they will need to send me another one. I was on hold for about another 20 minutes. He then comes back on the phone and said he will send me another one.

About a week passes and I receive the new flat iron with joy! I open it up ready to use it and guess what? It doesn’t even work. It didn’t want to turn on and when it did it smelled burnt. I call Ginalli and tell them what going on 12/22/2008 and the rep Paul stated he would send me another one. He said I would receive it in a few days. When a few days pass I start to email and call customer service. No answer-- no response. I spoke to a rep named Gino at Ginalli today 01/20/2009 and he said no one can authorize to send me anything beside the manager who isn’t there to assist me. The rep said to send it to him and he would send me another one. So then I would have to spend another 25.00 for shipping cost plus another 40.00 for the “replacement fee”… The principal is to give great costumer service. They have treated me so bad and will never buy there products again. They are RIPP OFFS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
