My report sounds like most everyone elses. This is definitely an internet scam company. I ordered a "free sample" of their Kronos Shampoo & Conditioner and was only to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling fee (I gave them my credit card for this). My package arrived last week with a statement that came with it noting if I didn't return unordered and additional products they had included in the package, within 30 days, I would be charged $98.50 and be enrolled in their monthly Beauty Lounge club automatically. I immediately began the process of trying to return the products and could not access their (supposed) weblink to get an RMA number (I suspect this has never worked in the hopes people will give up). I then called their customer support number and went round and round with some woman who tried to talk me into believing that they were giving me a service and a great deal sending me these products, but she refused to pay for the return shipping of the items I didn't order. You can't send the product back without this RMA number so I asked for one and she issues me one. I have no intention of paying my own money and taking time to return items that I did not order from this company. I've called my credit card company to log a dispute, but have not heard the result yet. I have filed a complaint on this website to request that Glow (or KronosGlow ) Company - whatever their legal name is - send me a pre-paid shipping sticker. If they do, I will return the unordered items immediately. I will hope to either see the company give up on illegally charging my credit card the $98.50 or I will expect to see a shipping label in my mailbox.
