If I could give a 0 star rating I would.
Probably the worst experience with a limousine company I have ever had. Not only was the limo filthy when it arrived 20 minutes late, the driver could not find the key to the storage area so we had the cabin full of gear that could have easily been stored in the back of the bus. The floor was so greasy that we were having trouble standing up and a couple passengers fell. It looked as if no one had even run a vacuum in the limo after the previous trip. The driver was a nice guy, but should have been able to open up the storage area.
On the way home, the bus blew a tire and could not be repaired. I'm sure this happens quite a bit with these folks as their vehicles are so poorly maintained. I noticed that 1 or 2 of the tires on the hummer that picked us up 1-2 hours later were completely bald. Fortunately it was not raining that day.
I didn't think things could get any worse, but they did. The driver that picked us up was as rude as any driver I have ever seen (the previous driver of the vehicle that blew a tire was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience). After the new driver nearly took out 2 of the people in our group as he came flying into the parking lot, and did not help transfer any of our gear over from the bus that broke down, he gassed up the limo with all of us inside with the engine running! After traveling at high speeds to our dropoff point we alerted him where our dropoff spot was. When we realized that he passed the dropoff, we knocked on the forward panel to get his attention (phone intercom was broken of course!). He proceeded to slam on the brakes throwing us all up against the seat, come to the rear of the limo and yell at us for simply knocking to get his attention after he deliberately passed our dropoff. We felt kidnapped and totally at risk of an accident....at the mercy of such a lunatic at the wheel.
Thankfully we arrived at our destination alive. All of us could not believe how bad of an experience we had with this company. Look elsewhere for your limousine needs to say the least.
