We hired Guy's Gutters this winter; paid around $1,000 to have new gutters put in. Two guys showed up and were gone in a matter of hours. From the get go, our gutters had a huge leak near our front door. We called them at least 3 times before they sent someone out. Meanwhile, during one of the worst rainy seasons in the last 20 years, we had major water problems. They finally sent someone out, and it was WORSE after they left. We've now called a total of SIX TIMES!!! And each time the secretary says, 'I'll give him the message'. Clearly she doesn't care, neither does the owner of this company. This is absolutely one the worst companies we have ever dealt with, I'm shocked they are still in business!
I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND GUY'S GUTTERS AGAIN, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! They took our money, left us with a crappy product, and could care less.
